Circuit Launch operates hardware coworking and prototyping labs in Oakland and Mountain View, California. When you use our contact or tour-request form, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, an optional company name, and your message. We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and we would rather you did not send any.

We also collect basic, non-identifying technical information that most websites log, such as your browser type and the pages you view, to keep the site working and understand what is useful.

How we use it

We use the information you submit only to reply to you, schedule a tour, and follow up about membership. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers that help us run the site and respond to you (for example, email and form handling), who are bound to use it only on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep contact submissions for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of our conversation, then remove them when they are no longer useful. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
