Can I just use the equipment and fabrication lab?
Lab and fabrication access comes with membership. The Entrepreneur plan gets you a hot desk plus shared labs and equipment, booked by the hour and open 24/7, so you can use the gear without buying a private office.
What is your leasing price per sq/ft?
We price by membership, not by square foot. Plans run from the Entrepreneur hot desk at $195/mo, to a Dedicated Desk, up to Private Offices for teams. See the pricing page for the current Oakland and Mountain View rates.
Do I need to be a hardware startup to be a member?
No. Members range from solo inventors with a soldering iron to seed-stage robotics teams and growing companies. If you build physical things, you will feel at home here.

Can I use any of your locations?
We have two Bay Area homes, Oakland and Mountain View, both running 24/7 with full labs. Talk to us about access across locations for your plan.
